Send us your inquiry and please be specific in answering the question (eg. port of destination with closest airline hub, your CITES requirement, ordering volume, ordering frequency, corals you are looking for, prefered airline, etc). We will send you our price list along with more detailed business terms after we receive your inquiry. Stock list is not much of a use to request. We ship out corals 3-5 times a week, so our stock is changing daily. Even if we do send you stock list it will not be accurate. We generally have on constant stock most of the items on our price list.
CITES ISSUES

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will wait until the payment has been cleared in our account 2x24 hours before the date of shipment. International wire transfer will take 2-5 working days (USA & CANADA), 4-10 working days (Europe), 1-2 working days (ASIA), 4-10 working days (other countries). Alternatively you can opt for the express transfer ($5-$20 charge) when you are doing the payment process, generally this option will cut processing time by half. Please note for USA and CANADA customer that you are one day behind us, so if you plan to clear the payment on our account by eg. 7th of April, you need to make sure it is 7th of April Indonesia time (GMT +7).
It is customer's responsiblity to make sure we receive the payment before the agreed shipment date, we reserve the right to cancel the shipment if we do not receive the payment within 2x24 hours before shipping date Indonesia Time (GMT +7).
RETURN POLICY
Acceptable/non claimable DOA (Death On Arrival) rate is 5% of the total corals. Claimed DOA for more than 5% will need to be proven with detailed pictures of the dead corals immeditely after unpacking within 2 X 24 hr. We catter only to wholesale, transhiper, or specialized retail shop who intend to do a scheduled shipment with us. We do not sell to individual/hobbyist or one time purchase importer.
